By accessing or using Daily Market School (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Daily Market School operates from British Columbia, Canada and offers paid online stock market education through our website at dailymarketschool.com. Our courses currently include the Swing Trading Course, the Option Selling Course, and a Swing + Option Bundle.

All content on the Platform, including lessons, recordings, watchlists, examples, discussions, and any community communication, is provided for educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

You agree to use the Platform respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and take full responsibility for any decisions you make based on what you learn. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Platform.

Access is granted based on the plan you purchase. Our standard plans are sold as one-time payments for fixed access periods, such as 1-year access. Bundle and manually granted access types are also available. Access is tied to your account and lasts for the purchased access period.

One-time payment plans do not automatically renew. Your access remains active for the purchased period and expires at the end of that term unless you purchase again or are granted an extension. Legacy or grandfathered recurring subscriptions, if any, remain governed by their original billing terms and may renew until cancelled.

Some students may receive manual access, legacy access, or lifetime access granted by an administrator. Lifetime access is admin-only and is not part of public pricing. Any such access may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

Community access (including Discord) is a privilege tied to active paid access. We may remove community access if your paid access ends, if you breach these Terms, or if you violate community rules.

All course content, including videos, written lessons, watchlists, slides, graphics, and resources, is owned by Daily Market School or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning.

You agree not to share, download, record, screen-capture, copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or use the content to train any model or service. You may not share your account or allow others to use your access.

To protect our content, videos may display a dynamic watermark including your name, email, and phone number. By accessing the Platform, you consent to this watermark for content protection and audit purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the selected plan. One-time plans are charged once at checkout. Legacy recurring subscriptions, if any, bill automatically until cancelled.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices do not include tax. Canadian students are charged 5% GST at checkout. Students outside Canada are not charged Canadian GST/HST.

Daily Market School courses are online educational services and are taxable. They are not eligible for tuition tax credits. If you are purchasing for business or professional purposes, please consult your own accountant about deductibility.

Trading and investing involve risk. We make no guarantee of profit, performance, or specific outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share content, attempt fraud, issue chargebacks without contacting us first, or otherwise misuse the Platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Market School and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading-related losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
