Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how purchases and course access work at Daily Market School. Please read it before purchasing any course or bundle.

This page is provided for general platform transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

1. All Sales Final After Access Is Granted

Once your account has been granted access to a course, lesson, recording, watchlist, resource, live class, or community channel, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Digital Course Access

Our courses are delivered as digital, on-demand education. Because access is granted immediately and content can be consumed right away, we do not offer refunds for unused, partially used, or fully used access.

3. Live Classes, Recordings, Resources, and Discord Access

Once you have access to live classes, recordings, written resources, watchlists, or Discord/community channels, that access is considered delivered and is not refundable.

4. One-Time Purchases and Access Duration

Purchases are one-time payments for course access. Access duration is shown at checkout and/or in the student dashboard. No automatic renewal is currently offered.

5. Refunds and Access Adjustments

Refunds, if approved, may result in course access being removed. Partial refunds or admin-approved adjustments do not automatically remove access unless explicitly stated.

6. Payment Issues and Manual Plans

For one-time purchases, a failed or declined payment means the purchase is not completed and access is not granted. Manual payment plans, if offered, are handled directly with Daily Market School and access depends on payments received.

7. Duplicate Payment or Billing Error

If you believe you were billed twice or charged due to a clear technical billing error, contact support with your invoice details. We will review the case in good faith. This process is for billing errors only, it is not a general refund mechanism.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to all courses and the community.
