Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, and access work at Daily Market School. Please read it before subscribing to any course or bundle.
1. All Sales Final After Access Is Granted
Once your account has been granted access to a course, lesson, recording, watchlist, resource, live class, or community channel, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Digital Course Access
Our courses are delivered as digital, on-demand education. Because access is granted immediately and content can be consumed right away, we do not offer refunds for unused, partially used, or fully used access.
3. Live Classes, Recordings, Resources, and Discord Access
Once you have access to live classes, recordings, written resources, watchlists, or Discord/community channels, that access is considered delivered and is not refundable.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a yearly subscription at any time through Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, it does not refund the current billing period.
5. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid yearly billing period. After that period ends, your access (including community access) will be turned off and the subscription will not renew.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, your course access will be paused. Please update your billing details to restore access.
7. Duplicate Payment or Billing Error
If you believe you were billed twice or charged due to a clear technical billing error, contact support with your invoice details. We will review the case in good faith. This process is for billing errors only, it is not a general refund mechanism.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to all courses and the community.
